There was water on the floor under the sink outside the bathroom, quite a bit. I went down and mentioned it to the person behind the check in desk and within 5 minutes a maintenance man was up in our room to check it out. Fortunately the sink wasn't leaking, must have been from whoever cleaned the room missed that. There was a little under the A/C unit too and maintenance cleaned that up too. He also got our phone working as we had not been able to call down to the front desk.

If you like antiques, there is a big antique strip mall right next door. The staff are very friendly and they offer a light breakfast every morning, which is rare for a place in this price range. The rooms are clean and housekeeping staff are very accommodating. Overall this place is great for a traveling family on a tight budget.

Breakfast was terrible! There was no bagels, no waffle maker which is very cheap, no fresh fruit, no eggs, no white bread. There was three types of cereal to chose from, small yogurts, wheat bread no peanut butter, nothing to chose from very disappointed should not advertise as breakfast included this is terrible!

The location is within a short distance from Lake Winnipesaukee, which is why we were there!! There are a lot of good places to eat, nearby. All the rooms have been updated with the carpet having been removed and some new furniture!!
